Full anesthesia monitoring

We don’t cut any corners, especially when it comes to monitoring your pet’s anesthesia.  Our anesthesia monitoring equipment includes the following parameters:

-Your pet’s level of oxygenation of their blood

-EKG (your pet’s heart rhythm)

-Blood pressure

-Carbon dioxide level (to monitor their breathing)

-Body temperature

All anesthetized animals have an intravenous catheter placed and will be on IV fluids during anesthesia, to support their blood pressure and kidney function.

We also have a state of the art patient warmer called a "hot dog" warmer.  By keeping our patients warm throughout anesthesia, it allows us to get our patients back home as soon as possible.  http://www.vetwarming.com/
