I was very happy with the friendly professionalism of the entire staff. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Downie. Her empathy and understanding were greatly appreciated. I felt respected and welcomed as a client. As a long-time rescue volunteer, I am aware that veterinarians have a difficult job on the best days.
The care has been excellent, the scheduling accommodating, and the atmosphere welcoming. Unlike the sterile environments you find at the chain veterinary establishments connected to pet stores, Redstone feels like a homey environment, and our dogs aren’t as nervous there.
