Dr. Kidd is a Colorado native with a lifelong passion for veterinary medicine. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree with honors from the University of Illinois. At Redstone Animal Hospital, Dr. Kidd is dedicated to providing high-quality medical care while ensuring both her patients and their families feel comfortable and at ease. Her professional interests include working with giant breeds, surgery, shelter medicine, geriatric care, hospice care, and pain management. Dr. Kidd is also ultrasound certified, Fear-Free certified.
Outside of her work, Dr. Kidd enjoys spending time with her beloved pets—a Great Pyrenees named Sully, a Saint Bernard named Stanley, and a sassy cat named Tiptoe. In her free time, she loves hiking, snowboarding, painting, crafting, and soaking up the Colorado sunshine.
Availability: Mornings: Wednesday & Friday; Afternoons: Mondays & Fridays; Rotating Saturdays (Dr. Kidd also typically serves as the surgery doctor on Thursdays)
